The twist in the selection process come when the IBPS officials has announced that there will be no Interview this time. Yes, IBPS Clerk V on-wards, the selection of Clerks will be done on the basis of only Common written exam marks only, NO INTERVIEW at all.

Highest cut off in General Category goes to Uttar Pradesh while for OBC, SC and ST category, cut off marks are same as it is.
